🇬🇧 Intentional replantation of an upper first premolar. Two notes:

– No canal patency was achieved during reendodontics, which forced us to perform a retro filling with MTA.

– The repositioning of the tooth in the alveolous, in a more coronal position, was complicated because some root curvature was present. The tooth had a tendency to become distalised and we were forced to place a wedge before splinting it to the adjacent teeth.

Surgery, endo, bioceramics, restorative and motivated patient! Let’s do it! 🫡

🇪🇸 Reimplante intencional de primer premolar superior. Dos apuntes:

– No se consiguió permeabilizacion de los conductos durante la reendodoncia lo que nos obligó a realizar una obturación a retro con MTA.

– La reposición más coronal del diente en el alveolar fue complicada por cierta curvatura de la raíz. El diente tenía tendencia a distalizarse y nos vimos obligados a colocar una cuña antes de ferulizar.
